New Real Estate Association Website: Howard County Association of REALTORS®

We are excited to announce the launch of a new website for the Howard County Association of REALTORS® (HCAR). This real estate association serves its members by providing resources that enable them to conduct business professionally while promoting and enforcing ethical standards.  

This newly designed website gives HCAR the opportunity to:

• Customize homepage content
• Create unlimited forms and dynamic web pages
• Upload images, PDFs, and files
• Easily control and update the menu navigation
• Add blog and news articles
• Update staff and board directories 
• And so much more!

We wanted to highlight some key features of this new website and show you design and navigation options in case you’re looking for some inspiration to upgrade your real estate association’s site.

Design

• The homepage features a carousel of large hero images with arrows that you can click through to view other images and calls to action. HCAR staff can easily swap out these images, text, and calls to action at any time using 立博客户端app下载 Freedom.
• Below the hero image are three branded colored grid boxes with quick links and icons.
• The homepage also features upcoming events, monthly market statistics, and the latest news.
• You will also notice a scrolling alert bar on the homepage underneath the utility navigation.

• There is a member login widget on the homepage and it also follows across other pages of the site for members to easily log in to their portal.

Navigation

• The unique icons in the utility navigation offer a more customizable and fun approach to the content listed out on the navigation.
• In the top right corner of the site, you will see the utility navigation with a search icon.
• Using a search box element on your website is a vital way to help visitors navigate through pages and find the exact information they are searching for. 
• On the footer navigation of the site is also five quick links that site visitors can click on to access these top viewed pages along with an embedded Twitter feed showing HCAR’s latest tweets. 

Featured Web Pages

• The Association News page shows the most recent stories published by HCAR and also allows visitors to search the archives and with filter options.
• On the Board of Directors & Staff page, you can find headshots and contact information for each person along with an option to search by name.

Consumer Resources

• The Find a Preferred Partner page allows members to search the directory by service, name, city, or zip code.
• On the Monthly Stats page, members can PDF downloads with all of the latest housing reports. 
• HCAR’s site is fully integrated with RAMCO AMS, acting as a single sign-on portal where members can log in to access their profiles without switching out to a third-party website.
• The Photo Albums displays galleries by event, date, and location so members can easily peruse through pictures.
