Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® Launches New Website

We are excited to announce the new website launch of Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS®. This real estate association's next-generation site is designed with their members in mind, along with features for consumers to use, too. We wanted to highlight some of the top features on this new real estate association's website. 

Monmouth is able to select and customize the overlay of their large hero images on the home page with different colors, text box positions (left, right or center) and easily swap out the call-to-action buttons. The REALTOR® Resources below the hero images can easily be edited to promote high-value features, resources and content. You will instantly notice when scrolling on the homepage the fixed-position navigation. This is a clean, consolidated way to display the menu as users scroll down pages. Pro tip: With this navigation, Monmouth created a streamlined sitemap for user experience. 

Scroll down to the embedded homepage Event Calendar that highlights key dates on the calendar view along with a sidebar events lister for the week. 

The statistics counter pulls from two different segments tied to a statistics library for both Monmouth and Ocean to display key data including total home sales, total inventory, median sales price and monthly sales volumes. 

Promoted news articles are a valuable feature on the homepage to keep members up-to-date on the latest announcements and resources.

Consumers have access to a detailed search engine to Find a REALTOR® by first and last name, city, zip code or office name.

The Find an Affiliate Directory that allows members to search by Real Estate Service. This directory also shows affiliate profiles.

The Find a Property map search and property advance search are integrated with the MLS Search.

On the COVID-19 Resources page, important information is displayed in dropdown drawers whenever a user clicks the topic.
